• •All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
• •We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• •Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
• •Payment must be received in full before production begins.
• •In case of pricing errors, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

• •You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
• •By uploading designs, you represent that you own or have the right to use all content in your submission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rudderr Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• •Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• •Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill arising from use of the Site.
• •Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rudderr Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

• •Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Termination
