Returns & Refunds Policy

Important Notice

Rudderr Studio creates products specifically for each order. As a result, returns and refunds are handled differently than mass-produced retail goods. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Requesting a Return or Refund

If your order arrives with an issue, contact us at info@rudderrstudio.com within 7 days of delivery.

Your message should include:

  • Your order reference number
  • Clear photos showing the issue (if applicable)
  • A brief explanation of the concern

Our team reviews all requests and typically responds within four business days.

Authorization & Return Conditions

  • Returns require prior approval from Rudderr Studio.
  • Approved requests will receive return instructions and the appropriate address.
  • Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, staining, or alteration are not eligible for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept collect or COD shipments.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days after inspection for funds to appear.
  • For installment or Buy Now, Pay Later purchases, refunds are handled through the original payment provider.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized products made using customer-submitted artwork or specifications
  • Items produced according to approved proofs, mockups, or technical files
  • Prototype runs, samples, or test orders
  • Apparel items classified as intimate or hygiene-sensitive (including underwear, socks, masks, pajamas, or swimwear)
  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery
  • Orders affected by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout

Design Responsibility & Print Variations

Customers are responsible for confirming all design files, sizes, and order details before submission. Slight variations in colour or placement may occur due to screen settings, materials, or production methods and do not qualify as defects.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • If an order has not yet shipped, shipping charges may be refunded at our discretion.
  • Cancellation requests must be emailed promptly with the order number included.

Production & Fulfillment Timeframes

Standard Orders

  • Production time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipment target: by the 8th business day from payment confirmation

Bulk or Large Orders

  • Production time: 7–15 business days
  • Shipment target: by the 16th business day

If fulfillment exceeds these timeframes due to factors under our control, a discretionary credit or partial refund of up to 10% of the order value may be offered.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Shipments

  • Issues involving damage, print defects, or production errors must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Claims for packages marked as delivered but not received must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Rudderr Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our Approach

Every Rudderr Studio order is produced specifically for you. This made-to-order process reduces waste and allows us to maintain consistent quality. While we are committed to resolving genuine production issues, customized products cannot be resold. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.
