At Rudderr Studio, we believe in clear, upfront pricing. Here's how billing works when you shop with us.

Product Pricing

  • All product prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices shown are the base prices for each item and do not include shipping or applicable taxes.
  • Customization options (e.g., additional print areas, premium materials) may affect the final price and will be displayed before checkout.
  • There are no hidden fees. The total amount due is clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Promotional shipping offers (such as free shipping thresholds) may be available periodically and will be applied automatically at checkout when eligible.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before production begins.

Taxes & Payment

  • Applicable taxes (e.g., GST/HST) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Production begins only after successful payment confirmation.

Order Confirmation & Records

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details, including a breakdown of costs.
  • You can view your order history and invoices at any time by logging into your account.

Refunds & Adjustments

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your account after approval.
  • For installment or Buy Now, Pay Later purchases, refunds are processed through your payment provider.
