Respecting Creative Rights
At Rudderr Studio, we respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. This policy outlines how we handle copyrights, trademarks, and user-submitted content.
Our Intellectual Property
- •All content on the Rudderr Studio website—including logos, brand name, text, graphics, images, and software—is the property of Rudderr Studio or its licensors.
- •The "Rudderr Studio" name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Rudderr Studio.
- •Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
- •Permission requests for use of our branding should be directed to info@rudderrstudio.com.
User-Submitted Content
When you upload designs, artwork, or other content to Rudderr Studio:
- •You represent and warrant that you own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use it.
- •You retain ownership of your original content. We do not claim ownership over designs you create.
- •By submitting content, you grant Rudderr Studio a limited license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- •We will not sell, share, or use your designs for any purpose other than order fulfillment without your explicit consent.
Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited and will be rejected:
- Copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use (including but not limited to logos, characters, artwork, photographs)
- Trademarked logos or brand names of third parties without authorization
- Celebrity names or likenesses used without permission
- Sports team logos, league logos, or official merchandise designs
- Content promoting hate, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Obscene, defamatory, or pornographic content
Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to info@rudderrstudio.com including:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the infringing material is located on our Site (URL or screenshot).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response to Claims
- •Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, we will investigate promptly.
- •Infringing content may be removed or disabled at our discretion.
- •We may notify the user who submitted the content and provide them an opportunity to respond.
- •Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- •Rudderr Studio is not liable for any claims arising from user-submitted content.
- •You agree to indemnify Rudderr Studio against any claims related to your uploaded content.
- •If in doubt about your right to use content, do not upload it.
