Made-to-Order Model
Rudderr Studio operates on a made-to-order model. Each product is produced individually after an order is placed to ensure accuracy, quality, and minimal waste.
Order Processing & Production
Production begins once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Estimated production timelines:
Standard Orders
3–7 business days
Bulk or Large Orders
7–15 business days
During periods of high demand, production timelines may extend slightly. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Once production is complete, orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partners.

Standard Shipping
3–9 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are carrier estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, service disruptions, or regional delays.
Tracking Information
- •A shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been handed to the carrier.
- •Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
- •If your tracking shows no movement or appears delayed, please contact info@rudderrstudio.com and we will assist in contacting the carrier.
Shipping Rates
- •Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- •Promotional shipping offers, including free shipping thresholds, may be available from time to time and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Rudderr Studio is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- •Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- •Missing unit or apartment numbers
- •Unclaimed or refused packages
If an order is returned to us due to address errors, additional shipping fees will apply before reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will review the situation with the carrier and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Carrier Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather events, customs processing (if applicable), or other circumstances beyond our control. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we will support customers with carrier communication whenever possible.

Each Rudderr Studio order is carefully produced, packed, and shipped with attention to detail. As our products are custom made, we encourage customers to allow sufficient time for both production and delivery when placing an order.
